Versatility is the name of the game for this mare, with an incredible performance at the Snaffle Bit Futurity in 2023, she entered the Relentless Remuda team with an impressive LTE already over $75,000. She took quickly to her second career as a heel horse, rapidly adding over $40,000 to her earnings under Miles Baker, Trevor Brazile and Hunter Koch in 2024.

This mare joined Select Genes following her purchase by Solo Select Horses in November 2023, a day prior to the Snaffle Bit Futurity

Thinking back to how she trained, she always wanted to please and took everything very serious. At the Snaffle Bit, the cow work was tough for me, but Gunna Wanna was the very last horse to work in that pen, and that cow tried climbing up in my lap and it never even bothered her. She didn’t even know it happened. She was so pure on where she needed to go, and her overall class in the show pen—whether she’s walking down the street or in the performance arena—she draws your attention. I hadn’t gotten along with a mare like that in a long time. You enjoy being around her, she wants to be your friend. I can’t say enough good things about her."

Her first foals are set to be born this year, we have insured that her career as a broodmare would be set up for success from day one and will continue to do that by only selling aspirations to pre-screened buyers and approved stallions only.
